The Belfast City Airport is conveniently located in East Belfast and is serviced by the major airlines. The airport handles mainly UK flights from London and some smaller airports in the UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands. It is a small efficient airport with train and taxi links to the city centre.

Connections

The Sydenham railway station is close to the airport. Trains go out of the city to Holywood and Bangor and into Central Station connecting to Great Victoria Street.

Taxis are located outside and can be ordered ahead of time if required.

Translink runs buses from Sydenham Estate just over the bridge from the Airport.

A variety of passenger and freight ferries to Scotland, England, and the Isle of Man operate from the Port of Belfast and from Larne (about 30 minutes north of Belfast).
